Impact Pulverizers has a cast iron chamber fitted with cone chamber with whizzers for the fineness of the product. Above system is set on cast iron bedplate. The outboard bearing design and dual “o” ring seals fitted on the dustproof housing with heavy-duty roller bearing that provide a more dust controlled grinding environment. A dust collector is connected with the cyclone. Pew impact is especially designed for product ranging from 60 meshes to 600 meshes. Designed to grind DRY, FREE FLOWING materials to 300 meshes with very tight particle size distribution. The proven designed system that ensures total use of power efficiency and a consistent product output.
